I really liked the game, how you ran the game and my fellow players. It was glorious when Hans and Karl almost went to blows over a bit of loot, that was great and tense moment where you nicely played our SAs against each other. I also really loved to hate those two bounty hunters and how Twinscars had quite a roller coaster ride as his fortunes shifted during the game ever since the first chase at the beginning of the game. Well done!
To me the game was almost a powertrip as Hans managed to play to his strengths far better than my characters usually can even with some horrible dice rolls
As a side note, I felt a bit bad leaving others at the manor but at the beginning I decided to play the bastard
What was also great was how he almost changed his ways and that sort of character development is always cool.
If I have to dig something constructive criticism then you should have played up all those SAs and Flaws that we had. Karl's wife and kid should have caused us even more problems and you should have used Hilde to incite a confrontation between Karl and Ruthard at least to similar extent as with Hans and Karl. Then again Stempest had time issues and this might have affected how you could arrange these things. Relating to this, I would suggest that as the basic idea for this one-shot is solid and if you want to run it again as a one-shot, you might consider to have a collection of Edges/Flaws and SAs that bind characters together and give reason to conflicts. Nothing too much but something that still leaves players a possibility to create their characters mostly as they want. Then all you need to do is fan the flames of conflict, add pressure from the situation and see how thing work out.
All in all, great job Korbel, Benedict and Stempest, it was fun!
