Hijacked by our own registrar

As many of you may have noticed, the forums were not accessible today. It was an issue with our domain registrar. I know exactly WHAT happened, but haven't yet got to the bottom of WHY it happened. And since they had literally hijacked the ownership of our domain to one of their employees, they better explain WELL. If have managed to regain the ownership of our domain, but if I don't get a satisfactory answer, we will have to move to another host.
