OK, I spend an SA (the mentor SA) to change my action type to Lay Ambush. I make a new roll just in case.

Okay, its Ob3 for the movement on Run and Gonne (Speed + Athletics)

Complexity for hitting Rocco is 4 (2 for moving fast, 1 for moving among obstructions, 1 for Run and Gonne)

as reminder he is wearing Closed sallet helm, breastplate and gambeson on arms + legs

At sequence 6 he can only see the 2 men dragging their 2 wounded friends back out of the warehouse
Complexity 2 (Shooter in precarious position and Run and Gonne)
Movement = Ob3 speed/athletics (failure means you end turn on the stairwell, in plain sight)
Well, I was expecting them to charge, but in this case... Marco will just use this d10 roll to Lay an Ambush, just like Cirillo ;)
(I assume the crossbowmen will have to move to a specific place to be able to shoot us upstairs? I want this area to be my "kill zone")

Oh my bad. I read Marras' post as "Run and Gonne" instead of "Lay Ambush" for some reason. Just ignore all my sillyness.

Yup. The bottom of the staircase.

Since we have everyone going into Lay Ambush mode, I think we can drop out of Sequence and just have everyone act whenever until someone says they want to do something else or a Lay Ambush is triggered. Sound good?

Yes, sounds good. Cirillo also is setting the doorway as a kill zone.
