Wound levels 3-4 TN5.
Wound level 5 TN6.
Burn SA point to explode 6's.
Done.
Yea, we've been pondering on this for a while now.
(I prefer the variant with explode on SA firing/SA burning = 1:1 bonus dice, but then, we talked about this already. I guess it would make sense to have a smaller number of SAs.)

Re: A personal update
One of the hazards of doing this as a purely part-time, has-yet-to-make-money endeavor. When I get behind on actual for-money work, it becomes difficult to find time to follow my SAs.
To recap.
To recap.
That was my fault. Sorry. However, if it isn't out THIS Thursday, it's definitely Henri's fault.Korbel wrote:Thursday's gone in the winddysjunct wrote:I can't but notice that it's Thursday.

Re: A personal update
What about changing the system? One-part-per-month release. Let's say the first Thursday of the month.

Hopefully, it won't be quite that long. I'd like to be done entirely before the year's end. This being November, I understand the weight of that statement. This is going to be a new draft of the game, essentially, right down to rewriting a good chunk of the text. On the bright side, it's given me the creative license to go through and pull a lot of weeds up by the roots. Higgins has graciously allowed me to go back and kill my darlings, scrapping and redesigning things that have bugged me for a while. This alone gives me renewed enthusiasm for the thing, and I hope to churn through the initial draft of this revised edition before said enthusiasm wanes.
Meanwhile, Wounds & Healing is coming out Thursday, as long as a bucket of corrections and clarifications from previous releases. This combined with the Dueling Kit means that you effectively have everything needed to run the game in its current state, tinker around with stuff, and so on, so you aren't stuck waiting on me.
I'll be writing up apologia for the new draft in both blog-and-forum posts after I get the thing itself sorted. So stay tuned.

Re: A personal update
All I need to do is to submit all skirmish example amendments to the raw text instead. If split screening at chromebook resolution during a commute wouldn't be such a bitch, I'd probably have made it. I've done that once to meet a deadline. No more.Agamemnon wrote:That was my fault.
