Of course you're the GM but wasn't there a rule that gave advantage or additional die if you got a certain amount of ranks in some helping skill? If you still think it's better that I roll Larceny, I'll do it.

Right! Totally forgot about this rule. Well, I had this feeling that I'm doing something wrong, but I was too lazy too check the rulebook. Good that you are vigilant.
Yes your SA should fire. Actually the first or the third can apply, depending on how Hans approaches this. Anyway you get Advantage.

So, do I get +1 or +2 dice for associative skill (that is does burglary expertise come to play here)?

I would say that +1 dice to Stealth would apply (base Larceny bonus) as it is about choosing the best route of approach and +2 for climbing as you could say that getting over the wall is part of burglary (Burglary expertise). If that is ok, I'll go with those. If not, just disregard the last (Stealth) or last two (climbing) dice from roll results. I'll write the description after results

I guess we will need some Social / Manipulation (Persuasion) rolls? Opposed by their Willpower / Cunning, or maybe Willpower / Guard Profession (if this is possible, but I think it makes sense). Taking Point makes perfect sense. Ruthard will contribute +2 dice with his Manipulation/Intimidate, as he will be twisting in Twinscars grip and curse Karl, Twinscars, the guards, father Georgius, and his bad luck.
