Re: The Floating City [Scene 6]
Marco turns to Ferran. "Actually, who are you and what are you doing here?"

Re: The Floating City [Scene 6]
"My name is Ferran Costa senor, I hail from Minorca, and my heritage earned me the name of "Dal Isolotto". I'm a navigator and translator by trade and sailed the four corners of the Mediterranean during my travels. Because of the brewing war I disembarked here in Venice seeking my fortune as well as any kind of employment that would hinder "King" Charles' cause."
He says the word "king" full of sarcasm and spits to the ground.
"I'm a stranger to you and your household and the only reasons I took it upon myself to intervene were that on one hand I overheard your brother and Blasio inside the fencing school speaking ill of your intentions and feared that something nasty might happen out in the streets, the other as I explained before I've recognized Blasio being in the company of infamous villains. And God be my witness."
He makes the sign of the cross at this last exclamation.

"The fool doth think he is wise, but the wise man knows himself to be a fool."

"He told me what he witnessed at the fencing school after we left and helped me continue follow those two after my knee began to act up again. But please, tell Marco here what you heard. I'll check out how Francesca is doing if that's okay with you. It shouldn't take long.", Cirillo says.

Re: The Floating City [Scene 6]
As Cirillo is left alone with others he decides to tell something. "Now that Ferran told you that he has seen Blasio with smugglers it reminded me of a rumor I have heard. As you know, I have this less than friendly relationship with Rocco the Red and his gang. Of course I had to keep my ears open when I heard anything about them. The word is that this gang has connections with a merchant family. One of their activities is protection racket that can explain how the woodcarver reacted like he did. There's more, the gang is also rumored to be involved in smuggling.". Cirillo keeps a small pause and looks at all present before continuing.
"So, if the rumors are more or less correct it is entirely possible that Blasio has ties to Rocco, his gang and their activities.".

"Rocco might be working with Blasio! If it is true, it does not bode well for us. At this point, I think we should just carry on with our agreed upon plan and just hope that these two rascals are not working together."
