I'm on TV!

I'm in the very first clip of the segment, punching the other guy in the face to make sure his borrowed helmet fits properly.

Loose transcription:
Me: "You okay?"
Him: "Yeah."
Me: "Excellent."
"You can never have too many knives."

This should be a maneuver in the game, known as "the Higgins Test".

Nice shot!

Re-enactment seems to get a lot of attention up there ;)

Yeah, I'm kinda glad the photographer managed to capture this moment instead of the one where my opponent punched me in the chest and sent me sprawling in the mud with my feet high in the air.

Although now that I think of it, that would have been a cool shot as well.

Well, I'm sure part of it is the small country syndrome combined with the fact that the summer, which is our main event season, tends to be a challenging time to find any news in general. I wish they'd given our website a shoutout as well so that interested people could contact us more readily.

As far as re-enactment is concerned, I'm afraid there's several different camps among the swordfighting enthusiasts and Battle of the Nations style combat don't exactly fall under the re-enactment umbrella. I just posted a hilariously accurate cross-reference table about that. Click for supersized version. :D
