No cost. You don't have to pay character points for things earned through roleplaying.

I will be handing out flaws whenever they are appropriate, though. Like how I gave Ferran an Enemy on a "Yes But..."

That's fair. I hate how you are supposed to buy off disadvantages in GURPS (but don't get any points for gaining an enemy) as that makes no sense.

Anyway, I remove that flaw no and take a further look at Cirillo.
