Since we have degrees of success, there are degrees of failure also, yes. We actually removed fumbles a loooong time ago, but I'm guessing that this image simply reminded Agamemnon that fact.

As for making it a lever, not sure what it would add on top of the degrees of failure. And yes, we did take a few pointers from AW. :)

Yeah. I just found the picture and thought it was an apt joke to make.

We have a degree of success/degree of failure system.. as well as an alternate take on that for people who have more particular tastes.
