He meant that he would go to Blasio's home alone. He wants to convince Blasio to turn himself in, thus Marco would not need to challenge him at all.

But I don't want him to do this. I'm going to challenge Blasio anyway.

Then Marco can discuss it with him in the morning.

I'm not sure Marco has got much more to add. He explained, why he is going to challenge Blasio and didn't change his mind.

Cirillo will accompany Marco if he is going to challenge Blasio. It really sounds like he is needed after the duel...

You mean
Blasio is going to need you, right?
Right?...

Yes, of course

OK, you can be my second second. It's good to have a friend trusting in you by your side
And medics are always good to have. Take some blood of Blasio's group (it should be BRh+, for he is a RutHless Bastard). And an unscrewed pommel, in case he's badly wounded and wants be ended rightly.
OK, so I think we should jump straight to the duel? Unless he's a chicken and doesn't want to fight...

I am back (and well rested
Benedict wrote:I have an idea about trapping Rocco and fight him on our terms. Only these three goons know that I'm in league with the Acerbi household. After the duel is over I could approach Rocco claiming that I know where the Acerbis are holding his crew and I was approached by Rambaldo on promise of reward to help them and inform Rocco on the location. That way we can lure him in a place the rest of us are laying in ambush. However the location must be chosen by you guys, I'm clueless to Venice topography. Thoughts?
Excellent plan.
Karl would agree with this plan. We should expect Rocco to bring many more thugs next time.
We could use a warehouse that is owned by the Accerbi household: it would make sense to keep prisoners there and we could set up the place as we want. Although we will try to be the whole gang, it will probably not going to be 1 vs 1 next time.
Instead of Ferran talking directly to Rocco or one of his accomplice (which is a big risk), he could do it indirectly. He spies on Rocco, see who he hangs out with. Than he has a "random" encounter with a thug in a bar. After a few drinks, he hints that he saw three men gagged and chained dragged into a warehouse. He gives just enough details so he can recognize at least one of the prisoner.
It is a bit circumvoluted, but it is less risky for Ferran.
After losing three men in an ambush, Rocco might be very wary of any stranger who comes in with information.
Regarding the prisoners themselves, Karl will be against any form of torture. But since he is back at the household and he is no longer in charge, he will not protest too much. He will probably leave the room if there is any act of torture going on.

Hey everyone, I know I've been absent for a long ass time, and I owe you guys an explanation. Case in point, real-life relationship, work, school, and GMing obligations have been piling up around me and I've been doing my level best to keep on top of everything, with only limited success. I have managed to get stuff down to a somewhat manageable level, but it's been a struggle. I'm still loving the campaign and would love to continue, I just won't be as active as I would like.
Now, with that said and done, Giorgio would like to suggest that a few bodies floating in a canal would be an effective solution to our prisoner problem.

Than the news might eventually reach Rocco and this means we can't follow Benedict's plan.

Fair enough. I just get a bad feeling about keeping these guys locked in the Acerbi basement because the longer we keep them here, the more difficult it becomes to turn them over to the authorities without raisibg some awkward questions.

Correct me if wrong, but we are investigating for a noble household, I think the authorities will be more lenient if we can get Rocco out of circulation in the process.
Now some bad+good news.
Tomorrow I'm leaving on vacation till the end of August. Unfortunately I won't have access to internet while away.

So now we play Marco's encounter with Blasio? (if it happens)
And then we set everything up for our second ambush?
