Is it OK to spend 1 more SP (and the money) to actually have a throwing dagger to use? If Hans can throw with his daggers proficiency it is not completely far fetched but if not, he will use his rondel.

Done. Hans now has 3 throwing knives.

So, Hans has to move to Close range before he can make the throw, correct? To do so, he has to make Speed / Athletics roll against Ob1 or Ob2 depending on how close he wants to get. Then he still has the full CP left to divide between complexity and placement?

Well you dont have to move closer. But Close range enables Called shots, and Melee range drastically decreases Complexity. Your choice.
The Ob for movement is either ONE or THREE.
Yup, after this the CP is full.

Fires still. But this time it doesnt change much, Hans succeds. You can take the throw.
Complexity will be... 1 for movement, 2 for target moving fast, 1 for rain. Total FOUR.
Divide your pool and roll :)

In this case he gets to complete his action, just with a wound.

Later this Round, Twinscars does nothing interesting. Just keeps his sword ready and slowly advances :)

Do you want Round two? Because the combat is actually pretty much over. We could simply skip that.
