Since you didn't take the +1Ob penalty to use Run and Gonne, Marco is currently exposed.

To fire the sling he needs to expose at minimum his Head, Arms and Chest or else he can't swing properly.

OK, so for this Round he rolled WHITE, the result was 3, as above. He will just take cover and retreat (back to the room).

Since Karl and Cirillo are the ones equipped with crossbows, I think we should wait to see what they are doing from inside the room.

(I assume Karl left some small gaps for firing out of when he boarded up the windows)

The area out to the crossbowmen is Medium.

The area inside the warehouse is Short. You only need Ob1 to move around inside (because you know where all the traps are).

Marco can get to anywhere on 3rd or 2nd floor he wants with that roll.

But, wasn't he on the third floor already? So, as I have rolled for long range movement, it doesnt make much sense if he stays on the third floor. More like on the second, halfway to first, which kinda sucks :D

Okay,
Thug 1 was trying to climb over to take a look inside the window. He failed, so unfortunately he couldn't poke his head inside where Ferran was using Lay Ambush

Mob was using a slow action to try to break down the door. "Busting down a secure, reinforced door." is listed as Ob5 on p13. The thugs have Str3 and 2 were able to assist with Taking Point, so they had 8 dice.
When they break open the door on Sequence 7 Cirillo's Lay Ambush is triggered and he gets to take a shot.
He has AV4 helmet, AV2 doublet, 0AV on arms and legs, no cover. It's at under optimal range (you get to pick your target wheel) and Ob0 (Ob1 for being among obstructions, -1Ob for aiming).

Xbow was setting up lay ambush over 2nd story windows.

Cirillo has proficiency of 11 + 3 from SA = 14 dice. I am not sure if the 10 dice limit applies here, so I will divide the roll in two (10 dice and 4 dice). Thigh wheel.
