Make no mistake, Ruthard is not looking down on Hans or underestimate him in any way. He killed 3 men for all he knows.

However he feels Hans should pair with Karl, Ruthard with Twinscars.

Hans killed his friend, if they are paired together that will be a liability.

Also Ruthard spared Twins life, its best they pair together.

It's not a matter of front or back, I expect heavy resistance both ways.

There's nothing wrong with the choice of pairs. Hans doesn't want to be paired with that hound if he can help it

So, that's the plan then. Let's do it!

Where did you hide Gunther and the beaten guard? I mean, can they be seen from the place where Karl and Twinscars are?

I believe Hans was with Karl at the backdoor, Twinscars was with Ruthard at the front door. Did Twinscars get all the way back to backdoor and tell us about the villagers?
