It's kind of cheesy, but that kind of thing does help. I'm 90% certain that if we didn't have a forum simultaneously offering support and keeping us accountable, we'd have stuck this project in a drawer somewhere in favor of easier undertakings.
On the plus side, I now have armor math done (and prices more or less sorted, assuming Higgins signs off on them)

It's not cheesy. Everyone needs encouragement and your project team placement is interesting to say the least that offers it's own challenges by practically meeting virtually.

Heh. Want to make it even more interesting? Barbarossa (our web guy and professional sounding board) lives in a different state from me, 5 hours away.. and my weekly game group is an online thing that includes a guy in Australia.
I've gotten pretty decent at the virtual meeting thing. Skype and Google Docs makes things way easier.

Your project is just like the Holy Grail for us TROS players... and you are the lovely maiden, filling it with the squishy crunch we all crave for

Yes, that sounds pretty interesting
I have to seriously consider putting up a Skype game for our group because of the scheduling problems and we no longer live as close to each other as we used to. Still, compared to your group, we live pretty close

Musketeer demo was a success. Group had a blast. We didn't quite finish, but we are waist-deep in political intrigue. Next week, we'll finish up.
As it turns out, taking an axe to face in the first scene really flavors how you play your character for the remainder of the session.

That's teasing... We want to join in and tell our stories!!
Have you gamemastered the session? So there was a musketeer with an axe? How many players were there? Were they all TROS players before? How was the performance of your rules?

Agamemnon, that sounded like a fun session allright!
A PC took an axe to face? I would guess that affects the performance of the said PC quite a bit
