Good luck with that quest Agamemnon. Just one last thing. Will this version already have Rules covering Magic? I must say that this is one of the chapters I'm most interested to read, and see how it all fits within the system.
Cheers.

From the discord:
Definite:
Armor codex
hit locations
impact
Combat reqs
N/F reach
Maybe:
Social combat (so I can clean up that whole section)
Session Zero (so I can clean up character creation text)
No:
Wind (unless something inspires out of nowhere)
GM Section
Magic
I'll expand a bit:
Armor codex, simplifying armor math and allowing more customization.
Number of hit locations being reduced to simplify math above and eliminate strange armor combinations.
Impact - not finalized, but a possibility of impact being generally reduced across the board. Also a possibility that impact may apply even if armor reduced the attack to no wound. Or some combination of those.
Combat is being changed to work with Req costs instead of AC costs. Several maneuvers are getting changed as a result. Things that you pay out of pool (like stomp) are instead going to increase the req of the NEXT tempo. This makes combat work on the same engine as opposed skill rolls and ranged combat rules.
N/F reach is a new reach system that modifies the maneuvers req based on who has reach advantage. A full write up can be seen in the fecht-club sticky on the discord.
Social combat; not much details to add. Might work a fair bit like a combat analogy.
Session Zero; guidelines for how to run the first sessions, create characters together and make setting and theme decisions etc.
Wind. Too many complicated sub systems in the full combat system. Probably being trimmed down to a single maneuver instead of a system (more like old BOB wind) but might just be cut temporarily the time being.
GM section / Magic. Lower priority than the above right now.

That was what I was afraid of. Guess I have to wait "a bit" more then.

I'd like to have it out by month's end, if my free time allows. I envy people who do this for a living and thus can actually turn out content on a predictable timeline.
Hooray!!

You should check out the Discord. There's some activity there, including the occasional post from Aga.
