I'm going to roll for Soc/Intimidation, assuming Karl and Ferran are looking as mean as possible beside me for (as Korbel said) 7 dice total

Powwow Time, guys!
We've got a hint from the Pope himself:

Image

Marco is not a strong proponent of violence and all, but me (Korbel) thinks that a swift assault at Rocco house is the way to go. Before he even knows his goons failed. We should attack immediately to surprise him.

And it looks like rules for Skirmishing are close to being published

Since it's been a while, here are a couple of points that might have been forgotten and could be relevant to your current plans:
Thirtythr33 wrote:When Cirillo was apologizing to one of the instructors at Saint Marks he tells him that Rocco has been asking around at the School; trying to find out the address of the Acerbi family.
Marras wrote:Perhaps we have to check out the Crossed Keys pub and talk to those who was with Francesca at that night. Maybe those men are part of Rocco's crew?
Also, it occurs to you that none of you know where Rocco lives. Cirillo might know some people who might though... or your captives might.

Probably your first order of business is figuring out what to do with the captives and whether you want to question them more.

Thanks for the warning, very kind from you :)
But yes, I've been thinking about that. They could attack the Acerbi Household. But it's still a fortified manor with 10 regular guards, Giacomo (good fighter) and two professional guards he hired today. If they are all alert and ready, what gang could get inside? And at what price? They would need at least 20-30 men to think about storming the house.
And if he is sending his men to attack, he is leaving himself less protected (in addition to being surprised). Perfect moment to strike him
thirtythr33 wrote:Also, it occurs to you that none of you know where Rocco lives. Cirillo might know some people who might though... or your captives might.
I was hoping one of those three thugs will tell us. There are ways (Giorgio, I'm looking at you again) to help him make the good decision
And this answers your next point:

Either Marco or Cirillo can roll Manipulation (intimidate) + social. You get +1 dice for taking point and advantage for having him already captive and outnumbered.

He resists with will + steel of 6 as he did before.

I'm untrained in Manipulation, I can't even grant extra dice. Marras, you roll. With 6 dice and Advantage against Ob2 it should be fine. If not, we will let Giorgio and Karl do their job.

I'm posting only to add that I have finally caught up on the game, and that I am now envious. I have a horrible urge to either roll up a character and try to sneak into the game somehow, or run another of my own to get into the play by post action.

That would be great, but (don't get me wrong) the tempo is already quite slow. And more players probably means it gets even more sluggish. Maybe another game is a better idea? Anyway, that would be great.

Very likely. Besides, you lot just adopted a Spaniard out of nowhere. It would be strange for yet another random dude to join the merry troupe out of the blue.

I wonder if a second PbP game wouldn't also have the unfortunate effect of drawing attention away from the main game? Ah well. I'll have to think on it.

I'd join the fray if you decided to open a second one. Having read the currently running campaign, I'm motivated as hell ;)

Any pointers in regards to the ruleset or getting all players SAs and flaws into play? I have some notes I could discuss with you via PM.

And what are you actually talking about? Tits usually come in pairs and I've never encountered any of such "unfortunate effects".

OK, so what about our game? Are we waiting for Danny, Alex and Benedict, or something?
